Stars appear as if they are physically above me. Yet, they are ghosts of a distant past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the time it took for their light to reach my observant eyes, those stars have ceased to exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Their physical presence gone. Yet, their stories echo through time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
When the moon is full, I could spend hours staring at it. Its glow shines through the passing clouds like an illusion. I understand why a wolf is so drawn to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The morning sky, too, I love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The vibrations of a tall, constant sun uplifts me every morning. I absorb its energy as I begin my day. Like I battery, I feel recharged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Clouds pass by overhead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I recall the famous Alan Watts, who adamantly believed human beings should resemble clouds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHow you ever seen a misshapen cloud?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I haven\u2019t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Clouds are always changing. I am always changing. Life is always changing. Do we embrace change?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Or do we resist?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Still, I often enjoy taking in an empty sky. A rich blue stretches wider than I can grasp. I gaze and wonder if all those conspiracy theories about living in a simulation are true.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
